[IL-Talk] Dignity in Pay Act

Wow hey this is pretty good news. I mean we got progress. This is a lot
farther than what we were getting 10 years ago. You know I'm glad they're
doing it. Hopefully in about 5 years this 14C will be a thing of the past.
We don't have to deal with this anymore.
