[IL-Talk] issue with state convention registration link when sent via the listserv

It has come to my attention that when the link for the state convention
registration form is sent through the listservs, it somehow gets corrupted.

To correct this issue, I am going to ask you to visit
www.nfbofillinois.org/convention <http://www.nfbofillinois.org/convention>
and follow the link found under the heading section of "Registration".
