I hope the weather cooperates. The heat this weekend was unbearable. Chris
and I went sailing and it was hot everywhere even on a bus and the Green
Line.

Hello all,

We are back from convention and it was a great one. It was wonderful to see
Illinois Federationists from other parts of our state and those who use to
be part of our affiliate. If you couldn’t be there, we missed you.

Now it is time to have fun at our Chicago chapter Picnic on July 27 at noon.
We will be at the Landmark Café at the Lincoln Park Zoo. The 151 bus stops
right in front. You can bring your own food or purchase something from the
Landmark Café. Looking forward to seeing everyone!
