[IL-Talk] Interesting News from the CTA

Hi all,

 

This morning, I was listening to a local news podcast from WBEZ. There was a
news item stating that only 30% of CTA stations could be made accessible due
to a budget shortfall. The reporter said that by that rate all stations
wouldn't be accessible until 2038. I am only reporting what I heard. It
makes me wonder if the ADA is clear enough about which stations need to be
accessible. I seem to remember hearing about the term 'key stations' but I
would think that might be a subjective statement.
