[IL-Talk] In additional person for tech-support issues

Hi all. I wanted to let you know about a new person who would be excellent at helping out with tech-support issues for the NFB of Illinois. It is my son, Michael Hamric. He said it would be OK if I recommend him to help out with this on a volunteer basis. He said that it would be a good way to get experience. He has helped me out considerably with my tech-support issues, including, getting my braille embosser  to work again with windows.   Ever since I got Windows 10, I have not had success in getting my braille and Bosser to connect with my computer until now. I don't know what on earth he did but he figured it out. He would even be willing to access one's computer remotely, with permission, of course.  He also knows some about NVDA because he has downloaded that on his computer. And since I use the iPhone, he has always been exposed to voiceover.  Michael can be contacted at
