Unfortunately, this is a delayed response. I took an email 'vacation' over
Thanksgiving, but probably have returned too late for Ken's funeral.
It's sad to find out that Ken Staley has died. Ken was always a major
presence in the Chicago chapter as far back as I can remember, but even ten
years back, I think he was begining to be unable to participate like he
used to. I know Ken had long struggled with health challenges, but worked
tirelessly for the chapter, especially fundraising. I hadn't heard in a
while how he was doing--Honestly, I think he deserves credit for pushing
through all these years, and I have hope that he's in an existence now
without ailments.
Ken had a large as life personality and he will be missed.
