Hello Everyone:

 

Although it was originally anticipated that work on the Pulaski West Bound
(outbound side) Elevator on the Green Line would be completed in early July,
the new anticipated completion date is now Sunday, July 26, 2020.

Subject: Work on WB Elevator at Pulaski Green Line Station Begins June 1,
2020

 

Good Morning:

 

Please note the work that needs to be done on an elevator outlined below.

 

The west-bound (WB) elevator at the Pulaski Green Line Station will be taken
out of service for repairs beginning on Monday, June 1st.  The anticipated
return to service date is Friday, July 10th.

 

Work will include putting in a new platform in the elevator along with
replacing the sill supports. Additionally work will be done on the hoistway
walls which have rusted over time and are causing several repeated
shutdowns.
