Many of you know my grandmother has been ill for some time now.   Tonight, we 
lost her.  
 
I will be unavailable and tending to family matters through Wednesday,  
January 23rd.  I have several conference calls scheduled with many of you,  and I'm 
sorry I can't contact you individually to let you know I won't be able  to 
make it.  Thank you for your understanding.
