The Fellowship for Leadership Development, sponsored by National Industries for 
the Blind (NIB), is a two-year, salaried program that combines business-focused, 
on-the-job experience with formal management training. 
Legally blind individuals who have an undergraduate degree, work experience, 
desire to travel and passion to become a business leader are invited to apply. 
Fellows are selected by a committee based on academic achievement, experience, 
motivation, references, personal interviews and other supporting data. 

Applications will be accepted until February 15, 2008. For more information,
