This is a reminder that anyone requesting financial assistance for lodging,  
transportation, or both to Beyond Barriers should contact Debbie Stein or me 
by  Monday, April 7th.  You should indicate whether you need help with 1)  
hotel, 2) travel expenses, or 3) both. 
 
If you've already submitted a request to either Debbie or me, then please  
disregard this message.
 
Please Note: If lodging assistance is given, the Affiliate will place you  in 
a room with at least two other individuals of your same gender.  This is  not 
negotiable.  We will make every effort to accommodate individuals' dog  
preferences, but you must give notice of any dog allergies or request  a guide dog 
room.
