Dear All,

The NFBI has applied for a grant from Hamberger Helper. We're requesting
money through the My Hometown Helper Fund to establish a Blindness Tools Bank,
which will contain canes, sleep shades, slates, and styluses. The goal is to
provide these tools to individuals who need them and to train them in their
uses. By doing this, we'll help blind Illinoisans gain independence through
mobility and literacy.

As part of the grant application, Hamberger Helper creates a web page for
each proposed project. They offer the communities asking for money to post
comments on the pages. I've learned that the more support for a project on its
web page, the higher the likelihood it'll get funding.

So please visit the following website and post your comments in favor of the
project.
