I want to thank the newsletter committee for working so hard and quickly to get this past issue out.
Thanks to Debbie Stein for doing the lion's share of the editing. Thanks to Debbie Pittman for doing the tape and Braille duplication. We sent her the newsletter one day and very shortly it was mailed out.
I especially want to thank Carmen Dennis. Carmen not only does the print duplication and mailing, she also proofreads and gets the cassette mailers together. She's my sounding board when I need to run an idea by someone. She makes sure that Debbie Pittman gets the envelopes for the cassettes. She also makes sure we are well supplied with tapes and mailing materials. She catches a lot of mistakes and she points it out so diplomatically. Her daughter Kristy has helped tremendously by driving Carmen where she needs to go.
Carmen has also been especially helpful to me when I had technical difficulties and lost the recordings of the June meeting. Dave Meyer helped, as well. So, thanks for helping me reconstruct the minutes.
As some of you know, I am having some health problems right now. I want to thank all of you who have supported me and helped me.
Gratefully,
Connie Davis
