Dear Friends,
 
The Illinois Association of Blind Students will be holding its  Fall General 
Business meeting on Saturday, November 3, 2007 at the Holiday  Inn Rock Island 
Hotel.  The meeting will coincide with the IABS Breakfast  and will begin at 
7:00 AM.  Please join us at the breakfast and for the  meeting.
 
  Reservations for the breakfast should be made with Kelly Doty.   The cost 
of breakfast is $10.  
 
For those unable to physically be present at the NFBI Convention, the  
Business Meeting will also take place via the Conference Call.  Please  call
712-432-2700
and enter password "4227 (IABS).  

Please plan to pay your dues for 2008 at the Business meeting.  Dues  are $5 
for the year, and IABS will forward $2 of them to cover your local  chapter's 
dues.  Students are encouraged to join, but nonstudents are also  welcome.

2007 is not an election year, so there will not be an Election of any Board  
positions.
