I remember a story about Betsy. It was the convention of 1997 in New Orleans. My roommate Catalina Martinez-Roisum and I liked to go to the fitness center before the morning sessions. I saw Betsy in there several mornings. One day I was hot dogging it on the treadmill, not holding on. I flew off that thing and landed on my backside. Everyone in the whole place stopped their workout to make sure I was okay. Betsy was one of them.

I was one of the very fortunate ones to meet Betsy and James in October when
they attended our Colorado State Convention. A friend and I were walking to
open session, talking about who knows what, when we heard giggling behind
us. We turned around, and there was Betsy, giggling about how many of the
conversations at conventions were the same! It was such an honor to meet
her in person and we were delighted to learn she and James were looking for
a home in Colorado!
I am so fortunate to have had her touch my life! My prayers are with their
families!
This makes you stop and remember..."don't sweat the small stuff", cos the
small stuff doesn't matter...
