Good afternoon everybody – 

As most of you know by now, Pat Cannon’s management assistant, Tish 
Kingaby, is retiring at the end of the year. The job vacancy notice to fill this 
position is now posted on the Civil Service website.

The Civil Service job title is Senior Management Executive Assistant 11, aka 
SEMA 11. This is different than the current position but most new executive 
secretary positions have been reclassified to SEMAs. 

We were hoping to have this person working before Tish left so there could be a 
short period of training and orientation. It’s not clear if that’s 
going to be possible because of delays beyond our control. Nevertheless, we have 
set December 5, 6, and 7 as the possible interview dates so anyone interested in 
this position will want to be available on those dates.
