I just learned of the death of Antoinette (Toni) Koehler, who passed away 
during the night. She was our NFB of North Dakota president during the past 
few years. Things were beginning to move along well in the state, where we 
hadn't seen much activity for some years. Toni was a graduate of BLIND, 
Inc. also and had worked several summers in our Buddy program. At this 
point, I don't know of arrangements for her memorial service. 

Toni was originally from Minnesota and had moved to Fargo, North Dakota, a 
few years ago.
