No, Rob, it is not eastern time.  I wrote it in Central time for  everyone's 
convenience on this list.  To clarify, the streaming will be  from 9 to 11 AM 
and from 2 to 4 PM Central Standard time, which is Illinois  time.  As DC is 
one hour ahead of us, that translates to 10 - noon and 3-5  Eastern Standard 
Time.  Again, in Illinois, you can connect to the  streaming of the NABS Winter 
Meeting by going to _www.nfbstudents.org_ (http://www.nfbstudents.org)  from 
9:00 - 11:00 AM  and from 2:00 - 4:00 PM on Sunday, January 28, which just 
happens to be  tomorrow.
