[Iabs-talk] Spring Student Seminar Reminder

This is a reminder to please send me your name, roommate preference  (if you 
have one), and number of nights you plan to stay at the hotel, for the  Spring 
Student Seminar, Opening Doors, Opening Minds. I need your  information by 
Monday, February 12 at 6PM.  Debbie and I will be sending  out more information 
about how you should book your rooms directly with the  hotel in the coming 
weeks.  However, the hotel needs this preliminary  information in order to hold 
our block of rooms.  
 
Unless you are a student participant, you will be responsible for getting  
yourself to the Midway CTA Terminal, though the Chicago Chapter is happy to  
provide directions and suggestions for convenient routes.  Once you've  arrived 
at the Orange Line Terminal at Midway, the NFBI and IABS will provide  all 
transportation during the seminar (which includes between the hotel and  trains as 
well as between the university and the hotel).
