Dear All,
 
The Illinois Association of Blind Students and the National Federation of  
the Blind of Illinois will be sponsoring a student seminar, "Beyond Barriers,"  
on April 18 and 19 in Urbana, Illinois.  Registration is $20 and includes  
food, lodging, and transportation.  Illinois students will be given  registration 
priority, and non-Illinoisans will be responsible for their own  
transportation to Illinois.

download the  registration form and flyer.  Space is limited, so please register  
early.
 
We will focus on overcoming obstacles facing blind students.  We will  
emphasize mobility, the role and services of rehabilitation offices, advocacy,  
technology, and positive blindness philosophy.
