Once again, I just contacted my elected officials through the website www.movingbeyondcongestion.org 
It finds your state rep and senator by using your address, sends them your customized e-mail, and also sends the e-mail to the Governor and the leaders of the House and Senate.

An additional feature that I did not know about is that when you get done sending your message you are able to enter the e-mail addresses of 6 firends and send a reminder for them to do the same.
