Below I have pasted in the 39 CTA routes and 2 rail routes that will be 
eliminated on September 16 barring an influx of funding from Springfield. 
Keep in mind that this list is different than that proposed in May. Several 
routes on the original list were spared; however, a few routes were added to 
the list and these routes are designated with an asterisk.
