The Illinois Association of Blind Students will be holding a Board Meeting  
this Saturday, September 30, at 2 PM via teleconference.  All members are  
welcome to participate.  Topics on the agenda include the Wicked Outing and  
events at the NFBI Convention including a workshop we'll organize, IABS Idol,  the 
IABS Breakfast, and the Student Luncheon.  To participate in the
