Please find a message from the President of our State Affiliate  below.  The 
State Board meeting is this Saturday.  IABS will be  seeking ratification of 
our constitution then.  I ask as many of you as  possible to attend to support 
IABS and also to become familiar with the State  Board's plans for the

The NFB of Illinois will hold its next  board  meeting Saturday, September 
16, 
at our convention  hotel, the Ramada  Inn O'Hare, located at 5615 N. 
Cumberland,  Chicago.  The meeting  will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. in the 
Huron Room,  
2nd floor.   This meeting is open to all.
