As President of the Student Division, I will issue the following challenge  
to all Chapter Boards and the State Board:
 
Outperform the IABS Board
 
If the judges decide that you've outperformed the IABS Board, then I will  
personally come to one of your meetings and do something in the style of Fear  
Factor -- something I really hate or fear.  What I do at your meeting will  be 
up to your Board.
