Here is a message Patti Gregory-Chang, currently the First Vice  President of 
the National Federation of the Blind of Illinois, posted to Il-Talk  today.
 
As you all know, Lois has decided not to run for President.   After 
discussing it with the present board and my husband, I am sending an  e-mail to let you 
all know that I am going to run for the office.

If I am  elected, I will of course work hard but will need all your help and  
support.  Feel free to let me know what your thoughts are.
