Hello everyone: I just thought I would let you all know how my monolog went.  First of all I want to thank everyone for your emails and phone calls.  Your input was a great asset in the  development  of the character of Doctor Jernigan .  I listened to the speeches and read a few Kernel stories.  The research was fun and I was glad I was able to introduce doctor Jernigan  to people.  At first I was extremely nervous, but I shook it off and thought about how much he believed in everything he said.  He was not timid and I knew I couldn't be either.  I had fun with the roll and my class had a lot of questions.  I was able to give them my prospective about blindness and clear up some misconceptions.  I think it was also kind of cool that I was able to perform my monolog during meet the blind month.  Thanks again.
