Hello Everyone,
 
The Board of IABS has undergone a few changes.  David Wright has  stepped 
down as First Vice President of the division.  We wish to thank him  for his 
service.  As the Constitution is silent on filling Board vacancies  in the middle 
of terms, the IABS Board met and decided that Lori Brown ascend  from Second 
vice President to First Vice President.  Additionally, the  Board unanimously 
voted to appoint Rob Hobson as Second Vice President.   Rob was elected as Vice 
President of the division in 2003, and we're thrilled to  have him back on 
the Board.
