I'm forwarding an email I got on another list.  It concerns access to  
educational materials at the post-secondary level.  The position paper the  message 
references is quite well-drafted.  This is an issue many of the  student 
organizations hope the NFB will address at Washington Seminar.  In  any event, I'm 
asking you each to consider how we can get similar legislation  passed in our 
individual states.  Bottom line: college students need to be  able to get 
their textbooks promptly in a format they can use, and the law needs  to make that 
happen.
