Hello Everyone,
 
The NFBI will be sending a number of Federationists to Washington Seminar  
from January 29 to February 1.  Members of the NFB from all over the  country 
will visit Washington DC to lobby federal legislators on issues of  importance 
to the blind.  This year, there will be space for ten  members.  The Board of 
the NFBI has decided to accept registration for  Washington Seminar on a 
first-come-first-serve basis.  In the interest of  fairness, registration will open 
on Monday, December 18, at 8 AM.  People  planning to attend Washington 
Seminar should call Patti Chang at  773-763-5302.  Reservations will be accepted by 
phone  only.  Again, registration will not open until 8AM on December 18 and  
will close when the ten slots fill.
