Hi
I worked in a psychiatric hospital which did not have a EHRS instead we
used word docs and put them in paper charts. This was not very accessible
because the paper charts were everywhere.

I work in outpatient counseling where we use theranest. It is really not
very accessible and the lines around the edit boxes are extremely thin.
