Hello,
Most organizations and agencies require you to use a proprietary system for documenting sessions. I always used a computer for taking notes once that was a possibility. Prior to that, I was stuck with a manual typewriter. I would strongly encourage you to get some computer skills as Most notetaker that we use won’t save notes as word documents or other more mainstream format that cited people use. Hope this is helpful.
