Hello,
Most organizations and agencies require you to use a proprietary system for documenting sessions. I always used a computer for taking notes once that was a possibility. Prior to that, I was stuck with a manual typewriter. I would strongly encourage you to get some computer skills as Most notetaker that we use won’t save notes as word documents or other more mainstream format that cited people use.
