Hi,
You will need to use some sort of image recognition for this. A PNG file is an image format so they are just putting pictures of the menu online now.
BE My Eyes has a windows app for example that would help here and there is an add-on for NVDA.

Subject: [GUI-Talk] Need help reading a restaurant menu online
Hi, listers.
This morning, I went to the website of a local restaurant, and navigated over to the dinner menu. I used to love looking at their selections, because it was very accessible. Now it's in a format called .png. Is there any way to read those files? I'm using Firefox, the latest version of Windows, and the latest version of NVDA. Thanks for any help.
Beth
