[GUI-Talk] Application Installation on Windows 11

Since Edora is a third-party app that has not been updated or supported 
for years and was never designed to work with operating systems newer 
than XP, I doubt whether MS would offer any help. Forget about Edora and 
try Thunderbird or the new Outlook app built into Windows 11.
