[GUI-Talk] Application Installation on Windows 11

Okay. When this happened to me, I tabbed around to something about getting
more information. When I activated that, I was given the option to allow the
application to be installed.

Worst case scenario, contact the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk, time
vexing as I know it to be.
