Question, Dave:
Was this prohibition generated when you attempted to start the program or
when you attempted to install it?
Cordially,
Curtis Chong

Subject: [GUI-Talk] Application Installation on Windows 11
I recently bought a new Windows laptop, unfortunately with Windows 11. I
went to install Eudora, an older mail client, which is possible to use on
Windows 11. I got the message that the program was prohibited to protect me,
and I needed to contact my Administrator, to fix this! I am the
Administrator, so don't know what to do to give Eudora permission to run!?
Any help is appreciated.
Dave
