Hi Ken,

If you have access to Facebook on the phone, can you not update your email 
address from there?

Not sure what phone you have, but on Andrroid, I'd go to the "Menu" tab on 
the far right, choose settings, choose account Centre and update the 
relevant bit of the Personal Details section.
