Hello:

If you are using JAWS version 18, your screen reader can hardly be
considered to be current. This is a problem since any problems you encounter
with the more modern website behaviors have  higher probability of not being
able to be addressed by JAWS. You can upgrade to JAWS 2023 if you switch to
the JAWS Home Annual License. That cost is $95 per year as opposed to the
hundreds you would pay if you simply tried to update your current license.

Hi everyone
I am using JAWS 18, Windows 10 and the latest version of Chrome. I'm
experiencing a Yahoo mail issue. The keyboard scrolls to the top or bottom
of an e-mail repeatedly without my moving the arrows. This never happened
until June 21. This scrolling only happens in my e-mail. Is this happening
to anyone else? How do I stop it? Is it a Windows issue? If so, I could do a
repair install ...
