Okay, is it normal for all of the filtering levels to still be checked even
after doing this?

1. Press Shift and F10 on a message. Then press J for junk options.2. In the
Junk Email Options window that opens, click "No Automatic Filtering".
4. Click the "OK" button.

Hi all,
I've been having issues with ligitimant emails being marked as junk even after
telling Outlook that they're not junk and to never block sender/senders'
domaine. Today I went into the junk options on the home ribbon and noticed that
all four levels of junk filtering are checked and I couldn't uncheck any of
them. Is this normal in Outlook and if not is there any way to get so that only
no automatic junk filtering is checked? Really hope someone can help me as this
is really annoying and it seems really weird that all four levels of filtering
would be checked (before anyone asks I have never done anything with these
settings so if this isn't normal then I have absolutely no idea who would've
done this). Using latest versions of Microsoft 365, JAWS and Windows 11. Thanks
Madison
