You might find the below helpful - I've had it for some time but I think it's still relevant.

Good luck.
Keyboard commands

Sending and receiving messages

*       CONTROL+N opens a New Message window.
* CONTROL+R to reply to sender. From the open message or selected message in the Message List View, this will open the message, put the sender's address in the To: edit box, include the Subject: text and place the focus at the top of the Message edit area ready for you to type your reply. The original message text displays at the bottom of the message.
* CONTROL+SHIFT+R to reply to all. This is the same as pressing CONTROL+R except your reply will be sent to all the addresses that you sent it to originally. However, consider privacy issues.
* CONTROL+F to forward an e-mail. Does the same as CONTROL+R except focus is in the To: box so you can add the address of the person to whom you want to forward the message. There is space at the start of the message body for you to insert some text.
* ALT+S to send an email immediately. If the To: and Subject: edit boxes are completed, Live Mail will send the email. Be aware, Live Mail does not check for actual content - you could send a blank e-mail.
* ENTER - Opens the highlighted message in the current folder or mailbox.
* ALT+B toggles the CC, BBC button in a new email message window - To show/hide the Cc: and Bcc: fields.
* F5 activates the Sync function which checks for new messages and sends messages waiting in the Outbox.

Moving between folders

* CONTROL+I moves the focus to the Inbox.
* TAB moves between the Folder List Pane Tree View and the Message List View.
* CONTROL+Y displays the Go to Folder dialogue box.

Working with messages

* ESCAPE closes a Message window.
* DELETE deletes a message from the Message List View. Deleted messages are moved to the Deleted items folder.
* SHIFT+DELETE permanently deletes a message from the Message List View without moving it to the Deleted Items folder.
* HOME moves the focus to the first message in the Message List View.
* END moves the focus to the last message In the Message List View.
* HOME moves the focus to the first folder listed in the Folder List Pane Tree View.
* END moves the focus to the last folder listed in the Folder List Pane Tree View.

Moving messages

CONTROL+SHIFT+V opens the Move dialogue box to move a message from one folder to another.

Application button, Ribbon Tabs and Help button

* ALT+F opens the Application dropdown menu.
* ALT+H moves the focus to the Home Tab.
* ALT+O moves the focused to the Folders Tab.
* ALT+V moves the focus to the View Tab.
* ALT+S moves the focus to the Accounts Tab.
* ALT+Y activates the Help button.
* From a Tab in focus, DOWN ARROW moves the focus into the Lower Ribbon.
* TAB moves to the buttons contained in a Lower Ribbon.
* CONTROL+RIGHT ARROW moves the focus to the first button contained within the next Button Group in a Lower Ribbon.
* CONTROL+LEFT ARROW moves the focus to the first button in the previous Button Group in the Lower Ribbon.

Subject: [GUI-Talk] windows mail program

Hello all,

I am trying to learn the mail program included in windows 10.

Are there any tutorials available to help JAWS users use this program? I am having trouble using this program on my own.

Thanks,

Jerry Howell
