 If you want to delete the auto-complete list, press Enter on file > options, and press Alt, G and say yes to empty the list.

 The problem is most likely that when Sherry types in the address to 
the mail program, it is auto-filling the address, but not with the 
proper address.  This has happened to me. Maybe someone used the 
gui-talk-request address to do something etc., and that is what is 
being auto-filled. It is easy to miss.
