[GUI-Talk] Having Trouble Getting JAWS installed on a new Dell laptop

I just thought of another issue. I just got off of the phone with Microsoft because of another issue with edge regarding getting in to web sites. aTHere is a new version of Microsoft edge. YOu may need to call the Microsoft help desk (800)936-5900 & have them make sure you are with the latest version of Edge. I hope this helps.

i owned Dell equipment for years, and they do install a lot of bloatware on their machines, so when there is trouble, it is hard to diagnose the problem.
