[GUI-Talk] Having Trouble Getting JAWS installed on a new Dell laptop

Hi Denise and everyone,

Sometime ago in about the mid-1990s I was told by a helpdesk analyst at freedom scientific that my problems were with Dell and not with jaws. I thanked him for his honesty and got completely away from Dells proprietary technology. This was hard to hear, but again, I appreciated his honest appraisal of the situation.
