The first thing I would do is put all your essential files on a thumb drive.
Then I would buy a second thumb  larger thumb drive for the windows 10
installation.  I would buy a larger thumb drive for the windows 10
installation because it's better to boot windows 10 initially from a thumb
drive.  Windows 10 completely reformats the hard drive during the
installation process because its partition scheme is completely different
from windows 7.  You will probably need sighted assistance because when
windows 10 is installing the computer is in safe mode and when that happens
no speech program will run.  When I had it installed on an older Lenovo
laptop, the program crashed which made it necessary to install it from the
thumb drive.
