Denise:

If you press Shift F6 to move to your list of folders and then focus on the
folder you want to move, pressing Shift F10 should bring up a context menu
which contains the move option. I checked, and my software does this. What
version of Outlook are you running? I am on the most current: 2019.

Cordially,

Curtis Chong

Subject: [GUI-Talk] Moving a Folder in Outlook 2016

Hello all,

I would like to move a folder I created in Outlook 2016. When I highlight
the folder and press the applications key, it doesn't bring up the context
menu so I can move the folder. Can anyone suggest a different way?

Thanks.
