[GUI-Talk] NOAA weather radio on an echo?

Hi guys have posted this question elsewhere but hit dead ends. For almost two years now the NOAA weather radio KWO35 in NYC has been off air.  At this rate I’m pretty much assuming it’s not ever coming back.  So does anyone know how to get the local NOAA station on an echo.  I can get it to noaa stations but not the local one.  I want to hear the station that is based hin howel township NJ WXM60 but I can’t figure out how to ask for it. Does anyone on group know how to hear that and any other scanner related traffif like police or fire locally?  Thanks.
