Hi Andy,
One thing I've noticed is that sometimes those are actually pdfs and I haven't been able to navigate them either. I can sometimes save the pdf and then open it with an OCR program like Kurzwell, but if anyone knows of a more elegant solution I'd like to hear about it.

I am noticing that more and more web sites are using tabs on the web page to organize content. For example, a restaurant web site might have separate tabs for breakfast, lunch items, etc. I find that when I hit ENTER or the spacebar on these tabs I can't read the items within the tab. What keystrokes do I need to use to move within these tabs?
Andy
