Here in NYC, Spectrum offers starting Internet download speeds of 100 
mbps, which should be more than adequate for most home users, but 
availablel starting speeds may vary by area of the country, and depend 
on whether you were previously served by Charter Cable or Time Warner 
Cable. ?? .
