[GUI-Talk] looking for recommendations or inaccessible Windows backup program?

Good morning, my subject line pretty much I thanks says that all. I am 
looking for an accessible backup program for Microsoft Windows 10 
professional running on a 64-bit machine. The software hopefully should 
have some facility to backup to an external SSD drive. If the program 
clones, that would be helpful. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance for 
any suggestions that anyone would like to offer.
