[gui-talk] Windows 10 OCR function

Both NVDA and Jaws 2018 beta have the ability to use the OCR function 
built into Win 10.  Having used both NVDA and Jaws I see the accuracy of 
the OCR results varies widely.  I want to try the Win 10 OCR function 
outside of the screen reader but can't find instructions as to how to 
run the OCR function independent of a screen reader.  Anyone know to run 
the OCR function?
