[gui-talk] trouble updating Windows 10 Fall Creator

I was surprised to have the new Fall Creator show up in my updates so 
soon.  I let it install and it seems to work fine.  It was then followed 
up with another update KB4043961 for updating the Fall creator update. 
Problem is that the KB4043961 update fails to install and continues to 
come up every time the system checks for updates.  Anyone else having 
trouble with this KB4043961 update?
